Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item without delay. You must follow the return process for the original item before placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage or defect in your email to help us assess the situation. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
